We purchased the Mitsubishi mini-ductless system for our newly constructed four season room. I am very pleased with the how professional and courteous Suretemp was during the entire purchase and Installation process. Their price was competitive and lowest as I received other bids from local heating companies for the same Mitsubishi unit. The salesman (Ed Miller Jr.) was very informative and patient as it was a 9 month cycle from the time I first contacted suretemp and I committed to the installation. I would definitely recommend Suretemp as a competent, reasonable price heating contractor to other people.

Tom explained my options very clearly and got a quote out to me right away which included 3 optional units. John and Scott were a pleasure to work with and were very contiencious throughout the project. At the end, John reexamined the entire scope of the work they had done and made sure he was comfortable with the workmanship as well as the performance of the units and that I was 100% satisfied before the project was finalized. I would not hesitate to recommend Sure Temp based on my exceptional experience with Tom, John and Scott.

First thing said from the installation crew , after introductions, "Should I take my shoes off?" That never happens. The crew seemed as excited about the unit as I was and kept pointing out features and power ratings as they opened and inspected the packages. It was a long day but worth it!

Overall the experience was good. I felt that the progression of the work being done went slowly. I conveyed this to Ed Miller Jr. I also had Paul Alteri from Finger lakes Construction call Ed as well about this issue as I had a deadline.

The salesrep, Tom, worked with us to quote the product and installation that was right for our home. The other guys kinda quoted what they wanted to give us. The finished installation looked like a project that was installed by individuals that took pride in their work.

We had had AC trouble over the July 4 weekend and called at 8 AM to request a repair person first thing on the Tuesday after (July 5). Ben and a new employee came, found a faulty valve, re-gassed the unit, and thought it was fixed. It was, for a day. When we called first thing on Thursday morning, we couldn't get a repairperson until mid-afternoon, and by the time they figured out what was wrong, it was 4 PM and too late to get a new unit on Friday. So we had to wait another weekend to get the work completed on the following Monday (July 11). That's a lot of waiting when we are good, repeat customers,when it wasn't our fault that the problem wasn't fully diagnosed the first time the repairmen came out--and when we are allergy-sufferers! We were distressed. We should be charged for the two service calls.

Everything, from the first time I phoned asking about air conditioning for my home, was done professionally and in a very respectful manner to me, and my two children - son in Buffalo, and daughter in Allentown, Pa, who were immediately kept informed of all options available to me, via e-mail (I am new to e mail) and we were able to make a decision immediately. Your service and everything else was EXCEPTIONAL - and with the past week of 90 plus temperature, I sure appreciated the 69 in the house (plus the cats). Why did I wait 42 years??? Norm worked very diligently to correct our issues. It was a very hot day and no shade to work in. He kept at the work until we had cooling again. Norm has a great attitude and a pleasure to work with.

The installers did a great job! Tom Miller was a valued resource throughout the project. I recommend the use of "booties" on the service techs feet. It would make the job neater and save on our floors.

Unfortunately I was out of town for the installation and was not able to get any instructions for how to maintain boiler if necessary. For example, does the water automatically fill itself with water as needed.

I had a positive experience with Sure-Temp. The salesman and the technicians were all friendly and helpful.

We have had you check our old furnace every other year for about 15 years. It was always left In great working order regardless of its age. At the last few visits an upgrade was recommended by the technician.

Joe went above the call of duty and we are pleased with the end result which was exactly as promised. Our historic home's attic is now the most comfortable floor in the house. My only regret is that I did not purchase sooner!! My family is so happy with the ductless AC unit- a life changer! These are so quiet, comfortable, and make our life so much easier! I was able to get an appt the next day to fix my water softener. The technician was efficient and fixed the issue quickly. Would recommend. The only thing that would have been better is if I could have had a same day appt.
